Somatic Breathwork is a deeply embodied journey using the power of conscious breath to access what lies beneath the surface—emotion, memory, energy, truth.
In this one-on-one session, you are guided gently into your body through breath, presence, and somatic awareness. Unlike traditional talk-based approaches, this work allows the body to speak, unwind, and release what words cannot always reach.
As the breath deepens, the nervous system responds. Held patterns may begin to soften—grief, rage, joy, numbness, or clarity may rise. Everything is welcome. The session is paced and attuned to you, with grounding practices before and after to ensure integration and safety.
This is not about fixing or forcing.
It’s about meeting yourself exactly where you are, in the rawness, in the beauty, in the breath.
