In this 1:1 Meditation & Breathwork Session, you’ll be gently guided through conscious breathing techniques and mindfulness-based meditation practices that help regulate your nervous system, clear mental fog, and bring you back into your body with presence and ease.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or have a regular practice, each session is intuitively tailored to meet you where you are. We begin by grounding into the body, then move into intentional breathing and meditation to awaken awareness, release tension, and open space for clarity, insight, and emotional freedom.
This session is perfect if you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected—or simply longing to come home to yourself.
