I didn’t just survive my story—I alchemised it, I softened into it, and let it shape me into something sacred.
For years, I lived disconnected from my body… a mother, a survivor, a woman carrying the weight of trauma and silence. I wore strength like armour, but inside, I was aching—for love, for touch, for truth.
Life cracked me open—through grief, loss, and pain—and in that unraveling, I began to remember. I met the parts of me I had exiled. I reclaimed my sensuality, my power, and my pleasure—not in spite of my past, but because of it.
From this journey, O Bodywork was born. A space for healing, remembering, and awakening the deep feminine. My work weaves intimacy, somatics, and erotic embodiment, guiding others back to the wisdom of their bodies and the beauty of their truth.
